Coaching Offerings:
12-18 hours of coaching over a six month period including a selection of behavioral assessments. (Gold standard)
Short-term coaching with six sessions that include a selection of behavioral assessments.
Email contact or brief phone calls between sessions included in all coaching.
Interview 4-6 stakeholder interviews with individuals who have observed the leader's behavior.
Engage 2 conversations between coach, client, and sponsor to review progress and ensure goals are in alignment.
All coaching will be over Zoom.
